Dr. Rita M. Patel was invited by the Executive Director of the Anesthesiology Residency Review Committee, Dr. Judith Armbruster, to present "Incorporating the Competency of Practice-Based Learning into Anesthesiology Education" at the 2004 Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) Annual Education Process Conference. This national conference is attended by program directors, chairs and other leaders involved in the education of residents and fellows in the over 7800 ACGME-accredited specialty-training programs.
