The Department of Anesthesiology, Division of Pain Medicine is proud to announce the opening of the Outpatient Pain Clinic at UPMC Montefiore.

Ellis Berzon, M.D., Board Certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Medicine will be available for appointments in the beginning of January. The Pain Clinic is located on the 5th Floor of Montefiore near the Preoperative Evaluation Center (PEC). Dr. Berzon will be available for outpatient consultations and invasive procedures Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Procedures will be offered on the clinic days, including:

• Epidural steroid injections
• Somatic Nerve Blocks
• Joint Injections
• Sympathetic Nerve Blocks
• Trigger Point Injections
