Dr. Brian Williams, along with co-authors Drs. Steven Orebaugh and Ben Grable (CA-2), published a translational vignette in the journal Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine: “Future Considerations for Pharmacologic Adjuvants in Single-Injection Peripheral Nerve Blocks for Patients With Diabetes Mellitus.”  

In the same issue of RAPM, Dr. Williams is corresponding author on a new related publication. The article is titled “Diabetes Mellitus, Independent of Body Mass Index, Is Associated With a ‘Higher Success’ Rate for Supraclavicular Brachial Plexus Blocks.”
