- The Office of Academic Affiliations is pleased to inform you that your facility has been approved as a site for the Advanced Fellowship Program in Patient Safety. You are approved for one fellow each academic year beginning AY 2009-2010.
- Details of program administration are found in the Program Announcement that you responded to for this RFP, which can be found on the OAA intranet website at http://www.va.gov/oaa/specialfellows/programs/SF_patient_safety.asp?p=17. Instructions for the process of nominating candidates to participate in this program are also found at the OAA website, currently located at http://vaww.va.gov/oaa/fellowships/nomination_and_information.asp .
