Dr. Gerald F. Gebhart, Professor of Anesthesiology and Director of the Pittsburgh Center for Pain Research, was recently selected as a member of the Foundation for Anesthesia Education and Research (FAER) Academy of Research Mentors. The Academy recognizes mentors who have contributed to the advancement of anesthesiology research and promoted mentorship in the specialty, thereby increasing the quality of research and advancing the scope of academic anesthesiology.
